Shipping Policy

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery timeframe consists of two stages:

  1. Processing Time: 1-2 business days

    • Order confirmation, quality check, packaging.
  2. Delivery Time:

    • Canada: 5-12 business days
    • Other Locations: Shipping is currently limited to within Canada only.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed today.
  • If free shipping does not apply, a standard shipping fee of $4.99 will be added.

WAREHOUSE HOURS & ORDER CUTOFF:

  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

ADDRESS CHANGES:

Address changes can only be accommodated within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, orders will already be processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately at support@lova-toronto.com if you need to make changes.


ORDER CANCELLATION:

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed to ensure timely delivery. As a result, orders cannot be canceled or edited before delivery.


LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES:

If a package is deemed lost or undeliverable due to carrier issues, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

We sincerely apologize if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Here’s how we will make it right:

  1. We will ship you a replacement free of charge.
  2. If the replacement also arrives defective, we will issue a full refund.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for the first defective item, only for the second occurrence.
