Return Policy

HOW DOES A RETURN WORK?

  1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  3. To start a return:
    • Email us at support@lova-toronto.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • You will receive a return form via email.
    • Package the item securely with the return form and take it to your nearest carrier branch.
    • Keep the return receipt as proof of shipment.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN SOMETHING?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.

MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! While rare, it may happen that your product arrives damaged or incorrect. Here’s how we’ll make it right:

  1. We will send a replacement free of charge.
  2. If the replacement item also arrives defective, we will issue a full refund.

Please email support@lova-toronto.com with clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.

Note: Refunds are not issued for the first defective item, only in the event of a second occurrence.

LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGE?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical issues, we will send you a replacement immediately at no additional cost. Contact us at support@lova-toronto.com for assistance.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.

  • Refund processing begins within 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed to ensure timely delivery. Orders cannot be edited or canceled before delivery.
